An expert in the linguistics field, Louisa assisted in the creation of the first state-funded medical interpreter certification exam in the United States.
With more than 25 years providing contracting and interpreter/client communication support, Louisa provides an experienced voice to The Language Connection.
Tanya Rossiytseva
With more than 15 years experience as the Language Connection’s scheduling manager, Tanya performs interpreter credentialing verification, scheduling, and communicating regularly with interpreters and clients.
Tanya has unmatched rapport with clients throughout several counties in Washington, and provides ease to the Language Connection experience.
Many believe “Grace” is her middle name.

Pam Okubo’s Pennysmart business and Rachel Rodriguez represent TLC’s number one resource for bookkeeping and data entry, respectively.
